Digital Marketing Director

(On site, Remote, or Hybrid)

Our Digital Marketing Director leads all department activities and participates in direct client communication in cooperation with our account teams. The Director develops strategies to attract customers to our clients’ websites and actively works with members of the department to implement plans, campaigns, and other activities within the established budgets and schedules. The Director is ultimately responsible for measuring the return on investment of various marketing activities and reporting results to our clients.

About You:

  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience for brands or in an agency environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Hands-on experience with key tools such as Google Analytics, social platforms, Klaviyo, etc.
  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing campaigns that include integration of SEO, social, paid search, and email
  • Innovation and creativity to develop new strategies that attract customers and succeed in highly competitive markets
  • Time management and organization to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them
  • Ability to lead groups and be decisive
  • Ability to switch between multiple projects throughout each day and work with a range of internal team members

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities will Include:

  • Lead a team of specialists to maximize each member’s job performance and overall department results
  • Meet with clients and internal teams to develop strategies and report results
  • Manage the daily activities of the department and grow the team over time
  • As a working manager, you will produce deliverables as part of the digital marketing department
  • Constantly monitor current digital marketing trends to determine the effectiveness of different styles, tactics, and strategies
  • Analyze campaign numbers in comparison to goals to ensure proper return on investment and to identify which campaigns are most effective
  • Research competitors’ digital marketing tactics to stay current with activities in the market
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of activities

Experience:

  • Marketing: 10 years (Preferred)
  • Digital Marketing Occupations: 6 years (Preferred)
  • Analytics: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Leadership: 5 years (Preferred)

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay: Bonus Pay
