Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Be comfortable wearing many hats—balancing creative freedom with technical constraints in a collaborative team setting is a must.
- Have a high level of competence with modern UI/UX design tools, specifically Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Be well versed in mobile-first design principles and creating responsive layouts that adapt seamlessly to any device.
- Have experience with handing off production-ready assets to developers and understanding the basics of HTML/CSS to ensure design feasibility.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of front-end design experience
- A passion for creating engaging and user-friendly interface designs and interaction flows
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on familiarity with Figma
- A portfolio of effective and well-designed websites and engaging digital experiences
- Excellent design layout skills that include campaigns with creative ideas that translate across multiple marketing channels
- Ability to convey complex concepts with quick sketches
- Prototyping and wireframing experience
- A sharp eye for integrating typography, composition, layout, and color into user experiences that delight and deliver
- Experience creating responsive and accessible designs optimized for desktop and mobile devices
- Ability to switch between multiple projects throughout each day
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of UX and digital design concepts
- Experience doing front-end work within a CMS environment
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
