Challenge

Shop-Vac® is a household name for wet dry vacuum cleaners and air management units. To maintain and enhance that national brand, they need to continually develop, and elevate their digital footprint. While they are the category leader, there are national and international competitors, so it's critical to highlight differentiators and deliver integrated messaging to maintain their edge.

Solution

MoJo Active has developed multiple websites to support a network of retailers, demonstrate products, and provide robust ecommerce to consumers. They have relied on our vision into the digital landscape for nearly 20 years. 

Our team has developed several robust, consumer-facing ecommerce solutions that support Shop-Vac's needs for multiple currencies, shipping providers, languages, and payment gateways. We also developed the backend work to seamlessly feed sales and fulfillment data to their mainframe-based ERP. Then, we added enhanced fraud detection services and sophisticated state tax calculations.

We have deployed a full arsenal of digital tactics including contests, email marketing, PPC, organic search, digital display, and social media.
