- Have a high level of competence with digital marketing ecosystems, including ecommerce platforms, email marketing, and paid media strategies.
- Be well versed in interpreting analytics and data reports to provide actionable recommendations that drive ROI.
- Have experience with proactive account planning to ensure every client feels heard, valued, and guided toward growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in a marketing/advertising agency or related position
- Experience and proficiency working with digital marketing and technology
- Ability to identify new business opportunities, establish contacts and grow relationships
- Excellent phone and customer service skills are a must
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed
- Attention to detail and follow-through
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong understanding and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- You will be challenged to perform at your best as you work on creative marketing and technology projects for regional and national clients.
