Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
- Thrive in a collaborative environment where you bring your active imagination and curiosity to every project.
- Be comfortable wearing many hats—learning directly from the pros while contributing to real design projects is a must.
- Have a fundamental competence with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with a specific focus on honing image editing skills in Photoshop.
- Be well versed in working within established brand guidelines to adapt designs across multiple clients.
- Have experience producing visually engaging content for a variety of digital channels (and the occasional print piece).

Requirements:
- A genuine passion for design, with a strong understanding of fundamentals like composition, layout, and color theory.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and (ideally) some experience with Figma.
- A creative mindset and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing concepts.
- A keen eye for detail and a desire to polish your designs to perfection.
- Strong curiosity and an eagerness to learn from experienced designers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to manage your time effectively and meet deadlines.
