Project / Marketing / Account Manager

In the agency world, this position goes by many names. But regardless of the title, we need someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working with many different clients and their products or services.

MoJo Active, a 360-agency located in Central Pennsylvania, is looking to hire an experienced, enthusiastic project manager, responsible for the coordination and completion of projects for assigned clients.

Project managers are responsible for "the three Ss":

1. Schedule - managing projects to ensure they launch on time
2. Scope - keeping clients and our team focused on the promised deliverables
3. Spend - closely monitoring the budget to ensure profitability

You'll oversee all aspects of projects, being accountable for managing timelines, deadlines, scope, client approvals and the overall quality of work performed. Teamed with an Account Executive, our Project Managers serve as a direct point of contact for client-assigned projects and play an important role in keeping each client relationship healthy and productive.

You'll work as a team with your Account Executive partner, and closely with the entire MoJo Active team to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing complex projects
• Excellent project management skills (from concept to completion)
• Strong attention to detail is critical
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• "Whatever it takes" attitude
