Full Stack Web Developer / Software Engineer

(On site, Remote, or Hybrid)

The successful candidate will:

Thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
Be comfortable wearing many hats--as part of a small, collaborative team, versatility is a must.
Have a high-level of competence with web development best-practices, and front-end web development
Be well versed in mobile responsive design and the use of Bootstrap, React, and Node.js.
Have experience with continuous testing for browser compatibility and load time issues in every development cycle.

Requirements:

Expertise with modern JavaScript, including React & Node.js with the standard tooling (Webpack, Babel, ES6, Linting, JS Typing, Prettier, etc.)
Experience with HTML5 and Mobile websites (Bootstrap preferred)
Proficiency in one or more database technologies (MS-SQL, MongoDB preferred)
Experience using development tools such as Visual Studio Code, Atom
Experience with source control (git preferred)
Understanding of browser compatibility issues
Creative problem solving skills
Obsessive attention to detail
Effective communication
Self-assessing & correcting work
Efficiently working in the time provided
Switching gears quickly while juggling multiple concurrent projects
Being proactive in resolving project roadblocks, keeping deadlines on track
Staying current with tools and resources of the industry

Any of these skills are also a plus for this role:

Proficiency in UI & UX design
Programming with ASP.NET (C#)
Experience with CI / CD pipelines
AWS cloud hosting environments
