Background

Envision Xpress, a division of Envision, operates as an Ability One agency. With 16 retail outlets on U.S. military bases, Envision serves military personnel as one of America’s largest service providers and creates employment opportunities for individuals who are blind or visually impaired (BVI).

The online segment of their business, Envision Xpress, sells food service products, furniture, hardware, janitorial, sanitation, and office supplies, clothing, and tactile gear for military bases. The company operates as an omnichannel Business-to-Government (B2G – military) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) organization, selling through their website, Amazon, and Walmart.

The Challenges

The original Envision Xpress custom-built site was nearing the end of its lifespan. The need for a more dynamic SaaS platform was evident. Their choice? BigCommerce – known for its adaptability, integrations, and user-friendly themes. MoJo Active, recommended by BigCommerce, was thrilled to partner with Envision Xpress, bringing expertise in handling large B2C projects.
