A unique "Showroom Salesperson" customer group customizes the user interface. When employees log in, the standard "Add to Cart" function changes to a "Transfer Request." Open APIs then signal the NetSuite ERP to move inventory from the warehouse to the showroom floor.
Intricate Price List Orchestration:
EuroOptic manages massive, fluctuating price lists within NetSuite. Because standard Feedonomics data connectors could not process price list edits at the time, Ryzome (a custom middleware application) was engineered to bridge the gap. Ryzome compares flat files against existing BigCommerce data and uses APIs to update thousands of price list records dynamically.
Sales Attribution:
A critical attribution workflow allows sales representatives to apply a specific coupon code during a transaction. This tags the order with their unique ID to ensure proper commission and tracking within the ERP.
